สรุปเป็นภาษาไทยก็คือ ให้ตอบอีเมลกลับมาตามนี้ 1) ID ชั่วคราวที่เครื่องใหม่ คือพูดง่ายๆต้องโหลดมาก่อนนั่นแหละ พอเข้าไปแล้วมันจะกลายเป็นเริ่มใหม่ไม่ต้องไปสนใจมัน ให้สร้าง ID ใหม่เลยเป็นชื่ออะไรก็ได้ เช่น stormID: XXXXXY อะไรก็ว่าไป ตั้งให้ต่างจากอันเดิมด้วยนะ 2) ID เก่าจากเครื่องเก่า 3) ชื่อของเกมที่ต้องการจะย้าย 4) จำนวนเพชรและเงินในเครื่องเดิม
(ไม่ต้องก็ได้มั้งตอนเราทำไม่ได้บอกอันนี้อะ) ต่อมาก็ส่งเมลกลับไปหาทาง teamlava อีกรอบนึง

I attempted the transfer. You might have to restart your device in order for the original character to show up. Also, please note that you will continue to use the Storm8 ID of your original account, and all games from that account have been transferred over to your new device.
